Media Soil started in 2011 as a project to fill evening and weekend hours. It has managed and maintained a few clients over the years and is now looking forward to expanding its client reach. At the beginning of 2020, we decided to give Media Soil a facelift and are excited for the launch of the new website on December 31st, 2020.
Media soil is a website management company. We offer a full range of services to our clients, including website design, website management, social marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). We can help you get started, create a redesign or relaunch, or simply manage your site and content. We, at Media Soil, know that your business or organization doesn’t need a one size fits all approach and we are proud to offer customizable packages.
Our Team
Benjamin Solum
Benjamin has worked in the Web Design industry for over 15 years, currently working at VMLY&R as an Associate Director. He’s worked on all sorts of projects, from mom-and-pop shops to fortune 500 companies and in both the private and non-profit sectors. Notable companies include Sprint, Pioneer, Thrivent Mutual Funds, and St. Jude. He’s worked across the spectrum of web technologies, serving as both a designer and developer. He occasionally blogs and enjoys tinkering with primarily un-styled concepts on CodePen. He also has several public and private projects on Github. You can also seem more about his career at LinkedIn. Personally, he enjoys playing around with the Internet of Things (IoT) and using device APIs to build dashboards to control devices at home.
At Media Soil, Ben is excited to work with small companies; leveraging his industry knowledge and best practices and bringing those concepts home. Just because you’re small, doesn’t mean you’re not important!
Tiffany Solum
Tiffany picks up where Ben leaves off. As a “jack of many trades,” you may work with her throughout the whole project. She specializes in social marketing, but also helps with content creation and making sure your project stays on track.
With each new client, Tiffany strives to learn something new. That may look like data mapping for ShipStation or simple creating and managing multiple social media platforms. If you have any questions throughout your project, Tiffany is the one to ask. Even if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll track down a team member that can answer your question!
